I found out how to get it from here, tho maybe it could be more clear. You just sit and wait when the pig shows up, and when its had its feast it gives you stuff.

colors!!

I was fed up of everyone just creating more and more images of more and more color combinations for this item, this could go on for however many combinations there are, i assume thousands? The old versions of festival hats (when they went in your armor headgear slot) were indeed infusable because they were, technically, armor. The new versions that go in the costume slot are not infusible, because infusion does not apply to costumes. —Dr Ishmael 12:44, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
