Talk:Lava Font

With the recent update of MORE damage (max of around 50 something with 12 ranks) from Lava Font, this will kill minions and Pets MUCH faster now (like in Tombs B/P groups). Glad they raised the damage reduction from Call of Protection but Minions are getting a big :P from this spell upgrade. Vallen Frostweaver 07:58, 26 October 2006 (CDT)
Should be very useful in breaking aggro or just on top of a nice meteor shower.

Related Skills
Edit
How is this skill related to Breath of Fire? Except for the obvious AoE Fire Damage, it's nothing, is it? 84.24.206.123 15:21, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
- They are related because the only major difference of their effect is the location at which it happens (either the caster or target foe). The only other difference is the energy cost/recharge time. arual 15:34, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
- I was talking about similarities, otherwise Meteor Shower, Savannah Heat, Searing Heat, Teinai's Heat and whatnot should be in there, too, no? 84.24.206.123 15:47, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
- MS wouldn't be related (it only has adjacent). If BoF stays related, then both SHs and TH would logically be related. --Kale Ironfist 17:52, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
Signet of Capture
Edit
The FIrst Signet of capture is available in this campaign _After_ the fist available skill trainer location, making capturing this skill a little silly. I'm removing that information.--67.174.126.103 18:57, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
I don't remember Yak's Bend being before The Great Northern Wall. Please check again. Cress Arvein 18:59, 23 October 2007 (UTC)- Whoops, misread. Anyway, SoC can be obtained in any guild hall that has a skill trainer once a character enters post-searing. So it is possible to cap the skill if someone desired. - As is the case with Favorable Winds. See http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/User_talk:Yaki#soc_skills_page]. --Yaki 19:59, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
