I don't think so. It would be really snowy if it was Jaya Bluffs.
Nope, he's right, it's that place in Jaya Bluffs you can't get down to (Between mountains, thus why no snow)

- I know it took a while, but technically, where I live, it's still Saturday. Anyway, here's how it went: all the Crimson Skull, and all the Kappa in the southern half, were removed. I killed 96 enemies, none of which were pets. Too bad none of the Naga were removed, they're still the toughest enemies on Shing Jea... --Macros 04:21, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
