- When you need the -2 damage, chances are you're going to be enchanted either by you or someone else trying to keep you alive. So in that sense, it's a lot more useful than all the -5 20%'s running around that don't really do anything most of the time. My own Monk used to use Fenrir's Bastion for a while. This is for PvE, though. In PvP, you're better off with a set of shields that each provide +10 Armor against a specific damage type and switching between them when necessary.--71.128.201.116 15:45, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks so much for the help. Yes, this is PvE. I don't seriously PvP too much, except for hanging around in RA occasionally. Fenrir's Bastion has the same stats as this shield though, right? Aside from the requirement? --65.6.101.107 19:45, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
- You are correct. I myself run around with a -5/20% shield, because that's how I found it, and it doesn't accept other mods :P Then again, I run around with an Axe and Decapitate, so who am I to talk ;) ---
