I think the term grinding is used in a wrong context here. What the author was trying to say is that GuildWars prevents PK's (player kills) in PvE. But grinding is something very different. See Wikipedia:Grind (gaming). --Tetris L 17:49, 13 Oct 2005 (EST)

In this case, I think it's appropriate. This page would account for the vast majority of the hits for this term - so I'm against stripping out the article content from here. The only practical alternative that I can think of for this would be to do it the way that Wikipedia handles similar situations where one article would contain the vast majority of the relevant hits for the term - move the disambig to a page like Guild Wars (disambiguation). Then remove the disambig from here and instead have a note saying "For other uses of the term Guild Wars, see Guild Wars (disambiguation)." --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 10:51, 26 January 2007 (CST)

Guild Wars 2?

There is news of a guild wars 2 to be released in 2008, should something about it be included on this page?

To get "highest level/best equipment" in PvE, you do the storyline and sidequests, and quests of the "bring me ten rat tails" - "good, now bring me 100 rat tails" type are very rare and typically take far less time than in other MMORPGs. --◄mendel► 07:43, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
