Guild emblemers do not seem to appear in the International Districts.

I spent ages walking around LA, Kamadan and Keinang looking for the emblemers and became rate confused as to why they didn't exist. Turns out I was still in Int districts after Halloween. Adding this note to the page now. --Starkers 17:42, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
