The concept of "flight time" for bows isn't well documented or explained - I believe that these flight times were recorded at the maximum shortbow range, so thesse are in fact 60' flight times - without a distance measure however a flight time is ambiguous and somewhat meaningless - it might be assumed to be the flight time to the maximum range of the bow, or that the flight time is fixed, regardless of distance. --Epinephrine 05:22, 9 March 2006 (CST)

The flight time can't possibly be fixed regardless of distance. try shooting a warrior who chopping at you with his hammer, it's not going to take a whole second of flight from your bow to the warrior's chest. otherwise you would be firing your arrows straight up. --Pyro05x 21:17, 7 June 2006 (CDT)

This has got to be the best general use bow for archers. Distance of a Longbow, speed of a shortbow, and with Read the Wind: accuracy of a Recurve bow!--Windjammer 04:11, 27 December 2006 (CST)

Agreed. Read the Wind makes this the best bow type. If I'm using that as my prep, I always go with a Flatbow. Arshay Duskbrow 07:05, 25 January 2007 (CST)
