Attribute level 19 and 20 Edit

How were attribute levels 19 and 20 tested? As far as I know these values cannot be reached by mesmers in either PvE or PvP. Level 18 would be max for PvE and lvl 17 for PvP. --CoRrRan 15:35, 4 May 2006 (CDT)

Skill Relations Edit

Am I the only one who doesn't find Energy Burn related to Mind Wrack and Famine? Mind Wrack and Famine both have conditional effects when a creature reaches 0 Energy, while Energy Burn is only effective while target foe has more than 0 Energy. --CoRrRan 16:17, 4 May 2006 (CDT)

Energy Burn can be used to trigger Mind Wrack and Famine. Since both of these skills do damage, using Energy Burn could cause a nice damage spike since it adds damage itself. --Vortexsam 16:21, 4 May 2006 (CDT)

So relation should be regarded as "combo" rather than "relation in Skill-effect"? (I.e. "Energy Burn can be used in combination with Mind Wrack/Famine".) IMO "relation" should relate to the skills' effect, rather than saying they make a nice combination. --CoRrRan 17:00, 4 May 2006 (CDT)

Fractions on energy?Edit

Was doing a test against the master of enchantment, and I had drained their energy to the point where Energy burn couldnt drain the full 8 energy, it dealt 62 damage. Dose this skill just assume fractions of energy points when theres not the full ammount to drain?--Thelordofblah 16:49, 7 June 2007 (CDT)

It's both, really. Big domages + less energy to heal said big domages + Energy Surge + Mind Wrack = an imbalanced amount of pressure coming from 1 player :< --Macros 15:59, June 29, 2010 (UTC)
