I think the skill is always unlocked for characters in NF. Not sure though.

Koss starts with a sword, not an axe, so he does not unlock it. However, I'm fairly sure Dismember is a default Warrior skill, so a new account creating a non-warrior would be able to get the trainer. ----GD 12:49, 24 May 2007 (CDT)
