Do you have to kill all the imps in just the northern lake, because I killed them all and he didn't spawn though I did had Olafson primary quest open.

hmmm, I will have to go through it again, I killed all the imps in the area and most of everything else then accidentally got a quest. It was during the olafstead primary quest. --Lord Sithy 11:50, 18 September 2007 (AEST)
I killed all the Ice Imps and Frozen Elementals in the lake and he appeared. I did not kill the Frozen Elementals in the cave before he appeared. Not sure if that helps but that was my personal experiance. --Smorggie 02:45, 28 September 2007
I got him to spawn after clearing out the imps/elementals in the northwest lake (but I had previously cleared out the imps near his spawn point and the elementals in the cave). IDK if this helps clear up any problems, but that's how I got it to work... Prodigy 22:29, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
I was going counter-clockwise around the zone and lake on my vanquish/cartog. I didn't notice him until I was on the southern part of the map, by which point I'd killed everything on the northwest part of the lake. 71.146.65.151 00:28, May 8, 2010 (UTC)
