Merge with Damage over time? Edit

I vote "No." DPS is not the same thing. Specifically, all damage is damage over time, but people make "DPS" decisions about equipment (Vampiric vs Sundering) and skills (Stone Daggers vs Stoning) considering what causes the most damage due to inherent effects, energy cost, recharge, etc. -Robin Anadri 14:26, 7 December 2006 (CST)

Removed the tag. DPS and DoT are not the same things; one is a statistics while the other is a term for a type of damage or a manner in which damage is dealt. --Fyren 10:27, 16 December 2006 (CST)

Does anyone remember the general order for highest dpsers to lowest? IIRC it's war-derv-sin-para-ran-casters. Is that correct? Mr IP 03:37, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
