I'm quite certain that this location is actually in Kourna. Even though it technically is on Istan, the game seems to count it as being part of Kourna. --Curse You 03:19, 8 December 2006 (CST)

- I agree with Aberrant. Lots of quests can take you farther than the intended location. So while the mission is on Kournan, the ACTUAL Consulate Docks are on Istan. Hell, it even says on the description of the Consulate Docks, on this page, that it is located at the northern end of Kamadan. Nalee Everborn 18:56, 29 December 2006 (CST)

My Tyrianborn ranger has completed NF, but has not done the quest A Land of Heroes. Was there earlier another way to enter Consulate Docs? --Kalomeli

- A Land of Heroes was added together with Securing Champion's Dawn on 20 Dec 2006 to provide a bit more background story for non-Nightfall characters. They were inserted between Battle Preparations and The Time is Nigh. If your character has reached Consulate Docks before that update, then those two additional primary quests become irrelevant (although you can still do them). --Ab.Er.Rant (msg Aberrant80) 08:23, 1 February 2007 (CST)

I find it most curious that Mhenlo can't be taken for this mission. Is he too good for his friends or something? It could have at least been Aidan that dropped out instead of someone useful --Blue.rellik 05:14, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
