It seems inconsistent that the list of rewards includes the Ranger 'Pin Down' skill when the quest is not marked as a Ranger skill reward quest and being a ranger as primary or secondary wouldn't meet the requirements, as currently written.

I'm a bit confused right now. The "requirement" section lists: "Insignia quest for your primary profession active on your Quest Log." Yesterday I went to the Monastery with my main character (Me/N), and to my surprise I could get this quest without having the Insignia quest active. I can't really remember if I ever did this quest before 'cause I finished Factions a while ago (with this character). Maybe a bug in the special event triggered it ?
