Before I add something that's not true... I remember that I did not have access to the Signet of Capture until getting the Capturing the Signet of Capture quest (or at least after the Great Escape). You can buy an SoC from Medando, the skills trainer in Yohlon Haven. You can get a Signet of Capture before doing the quest with a nightfall character.Dlocos 15:41, 19 April 2007 (CDT)

Can wiki please be more specific? Most bosses who appear ONLY during certain quests are said on wiki to ONLY appear during said quest. This one does not clarify. ubernoober
