- According to the Jade Brotherhood's 'Most Wanted' list, Chan appears to be a 'distant, disowned relative to the emperor.' I'll get a pic up for confirmation in a little while. --Morning Storm 13:59, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Added the lore information available in the 'Deactivate POX' quest- he's a distant relative of the emperor, and the keeper of the am fah coffers.
