Last time I went, I'm pretty sure Echo could not copy Celestial Storm, so I removed the comment. If someone gets different results from testing, by all means put it back. Spectrus 16:55, 23 January 2007 (CST)

You can't use ARCANE Echo on it, because it's not a spell. You CAN use Echo, because it copies any skill. How you echo chain is you use Arcane Echo to echo Echo, then use each copy of Echo on Star Storm. 20:25, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
