It appears to give you extra HP. My HP shot from 400 to 564, temporarily during battle while in Drakkar Lake region. It appears to periodically increase your HP, then drops it to normal. Could be that the Eye rotates and when in its gaze, your HP increases.

I believe it is actually an advertisement to get you to carry through with the purchase of the game since you have finished the major quest line in the preview weekend. Darthnice 21:58, 26 August 2007 (CDT)
