Tain's Corruption is a unique item dropped by Tain the Corrupter in the Yatendi Canyons.

- Cold damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Curses)
- Halves skill recharge of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)

This wand can be fully replicated, apart from its skin, with:
- a Wailing Wand crafted by one of the following Weaponsmiths:
- Shausha in the Command Post (after completing the quest, "Building the Base: The Interrogation")
- Hadusi in the Kodonur Crossroads
- Tehshan in the Barbarous Shore
- a perfect Wand Wrapping of Memory
- a perfect "Hale and Hearty" Inscription

- Unique Wayward Wands with the same stats are available at the Divine Path.
- Unique Golden Boar Scepters with the same stats are available at the Throne Of Secrets.
- Its Cold damage is useful when wanting to trigger Spinal Shivers.
