Spirit Shepherds are powerful Air elementalists capable of taking down party members very quicky if not stopped through interrupts or prot.

• Fissure of Woe: In the Forest of the Wailing Lord in the northwestern area of the Fissure.

These creatures have an extremely long attack range, capable of wanding characters from as far as 1.4 aggro bubbles away. While doing this, they will cast no spells except Aura of Restoration, content to wand their target to death. This is the basis for many Ranger solo builds.
