Sorrow's Belly is a landmark in the heart of Sorrow's Furnace. It is a giant cavern room containing a great deal of Dwarven machinery. Players can access Sorrow's Belly through the middle door (southeast) of the three main ways seen upon entering the Furnace. It is also the location where players make their stand with Orozar Highstone in the quest Noble Intentions and the end point of the quest Kilroy Stonekin.

Sorrow's Belly contains the following quests:

• Summit Slaves: It has to be scouted along with four other landmarks.
• Wrenches in the Gears: It is the location of the Rebel Spirit Keepers.

Sorrow's Belly is also the location of Tharn Stonerift, if players enter the Furnace without any quests.
