An Asuran NPC that you help during the Genius Operated Living Enchanted Manifestation quest. If you return to him afterwards, in his location in Riven Earth northeast from the Rata Sum exit, he can give you an Asuran Beacon to summon a G.O.L.E.M. 1.0. This is especially useful with The Cipher of Dwayna mission.

Before accepting the Golem beacon
- "I'm not sure if I told you this, but I helped cast the golem control casing! Most of the golems are busy fighting Destroyers, but I've got a spare beacon here to summon a golem if you need one."
- Accept: A golem might come in handy. Sokka, hand me a beacon.
- Decline: Never mind.
After accepting the Golem beacon
- "Oola promoted me after our last encounter. I helped cast the golem's control casing!"
