The Snowman Summoner is an item available during a Wintersday special event. In the addition of EotN, this item comes as a chest reward for the Lost Treasure of King Hundar quest in the Secret Lair of the Snowmen.

[edit] Usage
Using the Snowman Summoner will summon a snowman at your character's present location (not an Enchanted Snowman, just your run-of-the-mill stationary snowman). It pops out of the ground, lasts about 10 seconds and then disappears. However, there is a chance the Snowman Summoner will malfunction and result in a snowman plummeting out of the sky at top speed and smashing on the ground at a character's location.
