Slow Totem taken from the Losaru

Totem found in the Dunes of Despair mission. It is in a small valley on the west side of the mission map guarded by a group of Losaru. Dropping the totem creates a circular field similar to Ward Against Foes. Any foes who enter the field are repeatedly hexed with this skill, which looks like Imagined Burden but lasts for an impressive 30 seconds. Note that it does not count as a Mesmer hex, so Shatter Delusions etc. will have no effect.
