Sickened Guardsman Tahnjo is a sickened human that hasn't yet transformed into an Afflicted. He is encountered in the middle of the Minister Cho's Estate mission accompanied by two Sickened Guards. He appears to be identical to the various guards throughout the mission in everything but name.
