A good area to farm for these lies in the northeast region of Prophet's Path (right after you use the teleport) when taking the northwest path toward Seeker's Passage. This also happens to be right next to Salt Flats for easy zoning respawn. Coincidentally, on the way to the teleporter are a handful of minotaurs good for Minotaur Horn farming.
