The northern most high land section of this area is protected by Canthan Guards, and there are some Canthan Peasants wandering about.

Starting with where The Afflicted Kam spawns (elementalist icon on the map), the Afflicted have taken over and spread in a general southern-eastward trend, almost all the way to the gates of Maatu Keep.

The Am Fah patrols the south-western and north-eastern sections of the area.
