Concise: Removes a Mesmer hex from target foe. Removal effect: 15...63 damage to target and all adjacent foes.

Notes Edit

• Consider using Shatter Delusions to end a hex that causes degeneration 1-2 seconds early. In most cases the damage from Shatter Delusions would be greater than letting the hex last for its full duration.

• Consider using Shatter Delusions with hexes that have an end effect; Phantom Pain, Shrinking Armor and Web of Disruption are great choices.
