While a highly coveted sword during beta, for some time after release the Shadow Blade didn't exist as an item a player could acquire, and could only be seen in the Fissure of Woe carried by Shadow Warriors. Shadow Blades were reintroduced into the game in the form of Victo's Blade, a Unique Item dropped in the Ruins of the Tomb of the Primeval Kings, and were later added as a random drop. They appear as a black sword with a very special design.
