The Sephis Axe is an axe with a very distinctive looking oblong head. It is one of the largest axes in the game.

• Previously, max-damage versions of this axe were very hard to find, making them much sought after. However, since the introduction of Hard Mode and also, GW:EN, which features multiple areas with high-level Undead monsters that can drop this axe, they are now rather common.
