Seaguard Hala is a member of the Turtle clan, and fights as part of Argo's party in the Convocation in the Boreas Seabed mission. She is madly in love with Argo and admires his every move.

After the Convocation, Seaguard Hala offers her services as a henchman. She is level 20 as a henchman, but level 24 as an enemy boss (see above).

• Massively decreases the preformance of enemy groups through the use of Shared Burden.
