The Scythe of the Hierophant is a unique scythe which can be obtained from the Hierophant's Chest at the end of Duncan the Black (Dungeon) in the elite dungeon of the Eye of the North expansion, Slavers' Exile.

- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
- Enchantments last 20% longer

- a Raven Scythe crafted by Hulen Hairyback dyed black
- a perfect "Strength and Honor" inscription
- a perfect Sundering Scythe Snathe
