The Scepter of the Hierophant is a unique wand which can be obtained from the Hierophant's Chest after defeating Duncan the Black in the Slavers' Exile.

- Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)

- a max req. 9 Soul Reaping Onyx Scepter which is inscribable
- a perfect Wand Wrapping of Quickening
- a perfect "Hale and Hearty" inscription
