Rubies are one of the rarest crafting materials in the game.

• Used with Sapphires and other materials to craft Vabbian Armor in the Kodash Bazaar.

[edit] Acquisition

(In descending order of relevance/frequency):

• May be purchased at a Rare Material Trader.
• Can be obtained by trading 7 Trade Contracts with a Vabbi Trade Official in The Kodash Bazaar.
• Can be found in high-end Treasure chests.
• Can be salvaged out of some Elonian drops. see "what salvages into it" below.
• The Coffer of Whispers has been known to sometimes give 5 Rubies.
• Can very rarely be dropped from every creature that can drop crafting materials, most commonly in the Underworld, and the Fissure of Woe.
