The River Skale Brood is found in only one cave by a waterfall outside of Ashford Village in Lakeside County. This is the toughest Skale you are likely to face in Pre-Searing due to the high amounts of damage that this Skale can quickly inflict. The most effective way available to you to deal with it would be the Mesmer Domination Magic hex Backfire.
