• They are given out by the Celestial animal during The Celestial Feast. The number is based on the number of courses which pleased him (the number for which every ingredient was provided):
  • 5 courses: 16 Red Gift Bags
  • 4 courses: 12 Red Gift Bags
  • 3 courses: 8 Red Gift Bags
  • 2 courses: 6 Red Gift Bags
  • 1 course: 4 Red Gift Bags
  • 0 courses: 2 Red Gift Bags
• Can be acquired in exchange for 5 Lunar Tokens from the Lunar Gift Keepers in Shing Jea Monastery, Lion's Arch, and Kamadan, Jewel of Istan.
