The Reaper's Blade is a unique item dropped by the Reaper of Agony in the Depths of Madness. It has the same stats of Factions Kanaxai's Edge, Prophecies end-game Deldrimor Sword, Nightfall end-game Forgotten Sword and Eye of the North Eldritch Sword and end-game Droknar's Sword.

• Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
• Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)

This weapon can be fully replicated using:

• A Rusty Machete
• A perfect Strength and Honor inscription.
• A perfect Sundering Sword Hilt.
• A perfect Sword Pommel of Fortitude.
• A Black Dye and Green Dye.

This weapon can be fully replicated (except for the skin) using:

• A sword from Sakai in Senji's Corner, or from Master Architect Wright in House zu Heltzer.
