Ravens can be tamed as pets by using the Ranger skill, Charm Animal.

• Acts the same as a Phoenix (flies then lands), and is one of four pets that can fly.
• There are only two known spawn points, both in Sacnoth Valley. One is on a specific hillside, a big lump of rock at the bottom right of the current pic, in which to get to you'll need to clear most of the Tumbled Elementals. You need to get to the north-eastern face of this rock to find it, where there is only one raven per instance. If you accidentally kill your raven before you are able to tame it, re-zone using Rragar's Menagerie just to the west. The second one can be found high on a mountain just inside the gate from Dalada Uplands to Sacnoth Valley. Follow the path, and look up and left while holding the Alt key. It is impossible see the actual bird, other than its name, but you can get within earshot range to charm it.
