Rare scroll traders trade rare (gold) Scrolls that affect the amount of XP received in combat, as well as the "blue" Scroll of Adventurer's Insight and Passage Scrolls. There are no specialized traders for the other common scrolls (Scroll of Hunter's Insight, Scroll of Rampager's Insight) that can be purchased from merchants, so Rare Scroll Traders are often simply called Scroll Traders.

It is important to note that the stock of a scroll trader, like all Traders, is entirely player-provided, and prices fluctuate based on supply and demand.
