- Enter Shenzun Tunnels from Sunjiang District (location) and follow the map. Clear the area south of Sunjiang District first, then the northwest and finish in the south-west.

- Leave from Seafarer's Rest into Rhea's Crater. 20 Afflicted 1 minute south yields about 1 Putrid Cyst every 5 minutes for a party with 2 hench.
