The Pumpkin Crown is a special event headpiece that was distributed on the final day of the Halloween 2005 event at the end of visits by the Mad King, who appeared every 3 hours in Lion's Arch.

- Item has 0 AR.
- Item can be infused.
- Item can be upgraded with runes.
- Item can not be dyed.
- Item can not be upgraded with armor insignias.
- Item can not be salvaged.
Like all armor, this item is customized, and while it may be traded, it can only be worn by the character that originally received it. However, this hat may copied for any PvE character on a given account using the Festival hat maker.
