Prayer of the Forgotten is a unique item obtained from the Keeper of the Spear in Throne of Secrets in exchange for a Book of Secrets after completing the Nightfall campaign.

- An inscribable max damage Solemn Spear.
- A perfect Spear Grip of Fortitude
- A perfect "I Have The Power" Inscription.
- A perfect Furious Spearhead.
