• Interrupting an unlinked or title skill will not disable any additional skills.

Bug! Contrary to the description, the interrupt does not bypass effects that prevent interrupts. However, since the skill disablement occurs regardless of the interrupt, the skill will usually still fail at the end of its casting time.
