Polar Bears can be tamed as a pet by using the Ranger skill, Charm Animal.

[edit] Notes

• This model is a re-skinned Black Bear.
• The one in the southern area of Ice Cliff Chasms is not near any monster, making it very easy to death level.
• Does not perform Brutal Mauling.
• The level 20 Polar Bear in the quest "A Hunter's Pride" is not charmable.
• The Miniature Polar Bear is not, in fact, a Polar Bear. Rather, it is a miniature Ursula the White.
