A wand with a thin, metallic shaft and a head composed of a pulsating blue plasma core surrounded by four sharply curving prongs which radiate out in an "X-shape." It is somewhat rare, and, as a result, is one of the more desired wand skins.

• Platinum Wands found in the Factions Campaign are universal in the attributes they can be linked to.
• Platinum Wands found in the Eye of the North Expansion are tied to the Primary attribute of their respective caster profession, except for Mesmer where they are tied to Domination Magic.
