This item allows parties to access The Underworld without paying a fee and without having the Favor of the Gods, as long as the other entry requirements are met.

- Drops in The Underworld from any monster in both hard and normal mode; also drops infrequently from Hard mode bosses everywhere else.
- Can be bought from the Rare Scroll Trader (cost and availability is subject to supply and demand).
