The four Lords of Anguish (a.k.a. the "Overlords") are the most powerful servants of Mallyx the Unyielding, the head of the demon forces in the Domain of Anguish:
Each of the four overlords reigns over one of the four sections of the Domain of Anguish. Defeating all four of them is part of the quest "Mallyx the Unyielding".
