There is only one true weapon upgrade of Mastery, the Staff Wrapping of Mastery.

1. Staff wrapping attribute upgrades are known to be available for all attributes except Fast Casting and Energy Storage.

An attribute weapon upgrade provides the following bonus:

• Staff Wrapping of Mastery bonus applies to skills, not just spells (unlike cast time and recharge time mods, which only effect spells)
