A weapon or focus item with a name suffix "of Fortitude" is equipped with a weapon upgrade of the same name:
- Axe Grip of Fortitude
- Bow Grip of Fortitude
- Dagger Handle of Fortitude
- Hammer Grip of Fortitude
- Scythe Grip of Fortitude
- Shield Handle of Fortitude
- Spear Grip of Fortitude
- Staff Wrapping of Fortitude
- Sword Pommel of Fortitude
- Focus Core of Fortitude
