A weapon or focus item with a name suffix "of Fortitude" is equipped with a weapon upgrade of the same name:

• Axe Grip of Fortitude
• Bow Grip of Fortitude
• Dagger Handle of Fortitude
• Hammer Grip of Fortitude
• Scythe Grip of Fortitude
• Shield Handle of Fortitude
• Spear Grip of Fortitude
• Staff Wrapping of Fortitude
• Sword Pommel of Fortitude
• Focus Core of Fortitude
