Before Droknar's Forge, all the headgear is named Ragged Scar Pattern except for the ones that raise the Soul Reaping attribute, which is named Devilish Scar Pattern instead.
In Droknar's Forge, it is possible to get headgear with either name, with your choice of attribute. There is no difference in the appearance of these headgears.

The material costs in the table below are unit costs. Armor for head, hands and feet require 1 unit (one times the number of materials). Leg armor requires 2 units (twice the number of materials). Chest armor requires 3 units (three times the number of materials). Gold costs are the same for each piece of armor.

1 This area is only accessible after beating the final mission of the Factions Campaign. The mission must be repeated for each access.
2 You must have more Kurzick Faction than Luxon on your account to craft armor from Giygas.
3 You must have more Luxon Faction than Kurzick on your account to craft armor from Mikolas.

The below material costs are unit costs. Head, hand and foot armor require 1 unit of materials. Leg armor requires 2 units of materials, and chest armor requires 3 units of materials. Gold costs are the same for each piece of armor. All Nightfall campaign body armor is basic armor with an empty Insignia slot. All Nightfall campaign head armor is +1 attribute headgear with an empty Insignia slot.

3 You must have at least rank 5 in the Ebon Vanguard Title Track to craft armor from Brett.
4 You must have at least rank 5 in the Norn Title Track to craft armor from Radi.
5 Deldrimor armor lists the true material costs for each piece, instead of unit costs.
6 You must have at least rank 5 in the Deldrimor Title Track to craft armor from Gobrech.
