Mukesh The Merciless was an undead horseman plaguing the area where the Kurzick wish to make their new settlement in Kryta. Eliminating him was the objective of the quest "Establish the Kurzick Settlement."

- On his own, he couldn't use Virulence, since he had no spells inflicting a condition, making him somewhat harmless.
